After reading all the reviews about the size I knew I would be taking a risk. However it fits my guy (25 pounds) of 18 months just perfectly. in about another few months would probably be too tight though. downsizing is definitely not for 2-4tthey really should correct the description. It would make more sense for the size of 12-18th.
